The results of this report provide our roadmap, and are delivered to you immediately.

 Individual Sessions

Individual mental game coaching designed to improve performance and enjoyment, based on our thorough assessment which takes place during the first session. It’s like having an extra coach just for your mental game. Common areas of focus include motivation, confidence, performance anxiety, reacting to mistakes, pre-shot and pre-performance routines, goal-setting, managing expectations and pressure, balancing sports and life, and returning from injury, among others. Sessions can be conducted in our office or on-site.

Workshops/Talks

We offer small group workshops and trainings that build mental resilience, confidence, and effectiveness through mindset training. Workshops are interactive sessions that include teaching on mental game techniques and the development of a specific action plan. Coaches can also schedule targeted, customized workshops for their teams. Topics include but are not limited to:

  • Managing pre-game jitters

  • Superior confidence

  • Coping with mistakes

  • Building successful teams

  • Optimal concentration

Parent Consultation

Keep perspective and develop a balanced approach to being a successful sport parent with expert advice from our professionals. Learn how to positively push your athlete without exerting negative pressure or control tactics which often backfire. Identify pre-game and post-game tips that grow confidence. Help your athlete perform freely and with trust in their skills.

Working with Strive & Dr. Birkby created opportunities for our coaching staff to set up specific team talks that directly applied to the portion of the season that we were in and our team’s needs.
